These Terms cover your use of aliasauthor.com, our course, our templates, our downloads and anything else we sell or give away. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy from us.
You must be 18 or older to buy from us or use this site.
Everything we sell is digital and educational: online lessons, Canva templates, printable sheets, PDF downloads and access to our course app. We ship nothing physical.
Our content teaches you how to make and publish books on Amazon KDP. It is not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional before you make business, tax or legal decisions.
We make no promise about income, sales, rankings or results. Any example we show is not typical and is not a promise of what you will earn. Your results depend on the books you make, the demand for them, your effort, and the rules and decisions of platforms we do not control, including Amazon.
Everything we sell is digital and is delivered the moment you buy. All sales are final. Our products are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances.
A chargeback or payment dispute ends your access permanently.
When you buy, you get one personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, publish or make derivative works from any part of our lessons, templates or downloads without our written permission. You may use our page and cover templates to make books you sell on Amazon; the templates themselves stay ours.
Breaking this ends your access with no refund and may lead to legal action.
We use and refer to platforms we do not own, including Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, Canva, SamCart, GoHighLevel, Cloudflare, Meta and Google. We are not responsible for their rules, outages, price changes, account suspensions or decisions. Alias Author is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, Amazon KDP, Canva, Meta or Google.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost income or profits, lost data, or platform account suspensions or terminations that come from using our site or products. Your only remedy is to stop using them.
You agree to hold us harmless from any claim, loss or cost that comes from your use or misuse of our products, your breaking of these Terms, or your infringing someone else's rights.
We may suspend or end your access, without notice or refund, if we find you have broken these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
We may change these Terms at any time. If you keep using the site or products after a change, you accept the new Terms.
